It was Anzac day coming up
so our teacher got us to write a procedure of Anzac biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- Half a cup of coconut
- 2 and a half teaspoons of baking soda with 4 teaspoons of hot water
- 120 grams of butter
- 2 table spoons of golden syrup
- Step 1. pour the oats,flour ,sugar,coconut and the egg into a bowl and mix it up
- Step 2 next get another bowl and put the butter and the golden syrup in the bowl and put it in the microwave for 1 minute then stir
- Step 3 Get a cup and put the baking soda and hot water then stir then stir it up.
- Step 4 then add the baking soda bowl to the with the oats then add the butter bowl into the oats bowl.
- Step 5 then stir thoroughly after get a tray out and put baking paper over it the make little balls with your hands the put them on the tray and then flatten them.
- Step 6 next put them in the oven and cook at 180.c and enjoy.
