ANZAC Biscuits






It was Anzac day coming up
 so our teacher got us to write a procedure of Anzac biscuits

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of oats 
  • 1 cup of flour 
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Half a cup of coconut
  • 2 and a half teaspoons of baking soda with 4 teaspoons of hot water
  • 120 grams of butter 
  • 2 table spoons of golden syrup 
  •                                                                                                         
  • Step 1. pour the oats,flour ,sugar,coconut and the egg into a bowl and mix it up                                
  • Step 2 next get another bowl and put the butter and the golden syrup in the bowl and put it in the microwave for 1 minute then stir
  • Step 3 Get a cup and put the baking soda and hot water then stir then stir it up.
  • Step 4 then add the baking soda bowl to the with the oats then add the butter bowl into the oats bowl.
  • Step 5 then stir thoroughly after get a tray out and put baking paper over it the make little balls with your hands the put them on the tray and then flatten them.
  • Step 6 next put them in the oven and cook at 180.c and enjoy.
